We're interested in this event, because we were tipped off to it by our friends at the Sierra Club. They will have a booth there, and volunteers are welcome (contact admin for info).
We're also curious about ENERGY STAR.
Despite the presence of local activist orgs and small businesses, it can't be denied that this event has a corporate feel to it. Is this a platform for corporate greenwashing, a foot-in-the-green-door for ALEC, or just the reality of running a large commercially-progressive event in Las Vegas? All of the above? Research is ongoing, and yours is welcomed. All will be revealed.
